About Kāmahi

Kāmahi is a common native tree in New Zealand, found in a range of forest environments. It produces clusters of creamy-white to pinkish flowers from spring to early summer, adding a subtle touch of color to the forest. Kāmahi is known for its tough, twisted trunk and deeply grooved bark, reflecting its ability to withstand harsh conditions. Kāmahi was traditionally used in Māori medicine to treat wounds, skin infections, digestive issues, and as a general tonic to support overall health.

The Benefits

Hand-harvested and unpasteurised, our Kāmahi Honey is processed at low temperatures to preserve its natural vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds. This ensures maximum flavour, purity, and potency, making it a sought-after choice for luxury food brands, natural health formulations, and skincare applications.

Packed with antioxidants, flavonoids, and antibacterial properties, Kāmahi Honey offers:
- Immune system support – Naturally antibacterial to help promote overall wellness
- Digestive health – Rich in prebiotic compounds to aid gut function
