Pōhutukawa Honey
Description
Pōhutukawa honey is rare and unique to Aotearoa- New Zealand.
The blazing red flowers around mid-to-late December, have earned the Pōhutukawa the title of New Zealand’s "Christmas tree.”
The honey is creamy off-white in colour, with a smooth texture and clean, floral taste of sea salt and butterscotch.
